We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and cannot re-ship or refund any lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Unfortunately, if the delivery has been marked as delivered but you can’t find your package, we don’t have access to any further details other than what’s provided with the tracking code. If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, please contact the carrier to file a missing mail report.
